Terms & Conditions

Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before booking with Arched Reformer Pilates. When booking or entering our studio you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions set out below.


Arched Reformer Pilates reserves the right to update, amend or reissue these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified by email, on our website or otherwise at the Studio. By continuing to utilise the services provided by Arched Reformer Pilates you are agreeing to such changes.

Bookings/Payment

There are a set number of spaces in each class. To attend a class, you must reserve a space. Payment must be made prior to booking via the website.


For privacy reasons the studio address will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Studio Etiquette

Street parking is available.


Please arrive 5 minutes before your first class to meet your instructor and be shown the reformer.


Please wear comfortable active wear and bring a water bottle. For safety and hygiene reasons grip socks are compulsory.


We allow a 5 minute grace period for late entry for existing clients only.


You must be at least 16 years old to attend class. Under 18 you will need the waiver signed by a parent for insurance purposes.


Children are not permitted at the studio during classes.


We are not responsible for any of your personal belongings. Any temporary storage facility provided is for convenience only and you agree that you utilise such storage at your own risk.


We do not permit any recording of videos or taking of pictures at any time during our classes / sessions or at any time during the provision of our services.

Reschedule/Cancelations

We understand the need to be flexible, we have a 12 hour reschedule policy. If you need to reschedule please do so at least 12 hours before your class through the website. This ensures other clients have a chance to join a class. Reschedule cannot be made via social media or email. If you reschedule less than 12 hours before your class or fail to attend a class you agree that you will not be refunded for the value of the class. To reschedule your class please log into your account and select Manage Booking -> Reschedule. We do not offer cancelations only reschedules.

Health & Safety

We believe it is crucial to bring to your attention that we are not medical practitioners, or injury rehabilitation specialists. You should always:


(a)  consult with your general doctor or any other healthcare specialist on your wellbeing and condition prior to undertaking any of our classes or sessions.
(b)  seek medical attention immediately if there are any pain or discomfort.
(c)  inform your instructor prior to commencement of any pregnancy, pre-existing injuries or medical conditions that may limit your enjoyment of our classes.
c) We recommend you follow our sessions at your own pace.
d)the instructor reserves the right to refuse your participation or eject you from our studio for any reason.  
e)by undertaking our classes you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that Arched Reformer Pilates Studio and/or our instructors will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising as a result of, or in connection with, your undertaking in our classes.

Schedule & Studio Hours

These can be found on our website. We reserve our right to change our opening hours at any time. You will be notified of any permanent changes to our opening hours. Arched Reformer Pilates may reduce the class schedule or close for Christmas, Easter, other public holidays or any other day at our own discretion.


We are not liable in any way to provide you with a refund, credit, transfer, or to offer compensation of any kind, for Classes that are not held in accordance with the Class Schedule, but may choose to do so at our sole discretion

Photography/Videography

From time to time may be photographed or filmed during class for the purpose of promotion of services on social media or our website. By attending a class and/or entering our studio you grant Arched Reformer Pilates permission to photograph and video you.

Coastal Flow Event Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to Coastal Flow, an event hosted by Arched Reformer Pilates.

 

By purchasing a ticket and attending Coastal Flow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Details

Coastal Flow is a community Pilates event hosted by Arched Reformer Pilates.

The event includes:

  • A 45-minute Arched Pilates mat class suitable for all levels

  • Coffee and matcha

  • A curated wellness gift bag

  • Giveaway and partner products

  • Photography and videography

Event details, including location, date, and time, are provided at the time of booking and may be subject to change where reasonably required.

2. Ticket Purchases & Transfers

Tickets are purchased specifically for Coastal Flow and are subject to availability.

Due to the costs involved in organising this event, including venue hire, equipment, suppliers, and event preparation, tickets are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person. Ticket transfers must be approved by Arched Reformer Pilates prior to the event.

Tickets may not be resold without prior approval.

3. Pilates Participation & Health Disclaimer

Pilates is a physical activity that involves movement and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, aggravation of existing injuries, dizziness, or physical discomfort.

By participating in Coastal Flow, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating and accept responsibility for participating within your own limits.

You agree to:

  • Listen to your body and modify movements when required

  • Follow instructor guidance and safety instructions

  • Stop participating if you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any concerning symptoms

  • Inform the instructor prior to the class of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, postpartum considerations, surgeries, or limitations that may affect your participation

If you are unsure whether Pilates is suitable for you, please seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.

4. Pregnancy, Postpartum & Health Considerations

If you are pregnant, recently postpartum, recovering from injury, surgery, or managing any health condition, you are responsible for ensuring that participation is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Please notify the instructor before the class begins so suitable modifications can be provided where possible.

5. Photography & Videography Consent

Photography and videography may take place during Coastal Flow for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.

By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video footage captured during the event.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify Arched Reformer Pilates prior to the commencement of the event.

6. Food, Coffee & Matcha

Coffee, matcha, and any food products provided at Coastal Flow may be supplied by third-party providers.

Guests are responsible for advising Arched Reformer Pilates of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements prior to the event.

While reasonable care will be taken, Arched Reformer Pilates cannot guarantee that food or beverage items provided are free from allergens.

7. Goodie Bags, Giveaways & Partner Products

Goodie bag items, giveaways, and partner products included as part of Coastal Flow are provided by third-party brands.

Arched Reformer Pilates is not responsible for the quality, suitability, ingredients, performance, or use of any third-party products provided.

Any questions or concerns regarding third-party products should be directed to the relevant brand.

8. Personal Belongings

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings brought to Coastal Flow.

Arched Reformer Pilates is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the event.

​

 

9. Participant Conduct

Arched Reformer Pilates is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or ask an attendee to leave the event if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or negatively impacts the experience of other attendees.

10. Emergency Assistance

In the event of an emergency, you authorise Arched Reformer Pilates and event staff to seek appropriate medical assistance where reasonably required.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through Coastal Flow registration will only be used for event administration, communication, and relevant marketing purposes in accordance with Arched Reformer Pilates’ Privacy Policy.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket and attending Coastal Flow, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and understand that Pilates is a physical activity involving inherent risks.
